PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

Dave began his career in construction with Meyers Carlisle Leapley Construction Company (MCL) as a carpentry laborer while still in high school. Dave continued to work for MCL through college and was able to gain enough experience to progress into the position of Project Engineer/Estimator.

After graduating college in 2001 Dave continued with MCL. Advancing one project at time,ultimately finding himself acting as a Project Manager. In 2012 Dave founded Phoenix Construction Group. Prior to selling to his business partner in 2016 Dave’s team completed numerous projects and formed many long lasting relationships with clients and professional partners.

Dave has utilized his past experience and continues to continue his education. During his career Dave has been managed projects valuing anywhere from $1000 to more than $50 million in various sectors encompassing corporate/office, retail, finance, restaurant, industrial, and healthcare/medical.

Dave believes in a “build it before you build it” philosophy, offering clients a visual experience allowing his team to be preemptive in recognizing any physical or functional changes that may be necessary. Employing (BIM) Building Information Modeling, digital representations of physical & functional characteristics of a facility are created. These information models become a knowledge resources to support decision-making through the every phase of construction and forward through its operational life.
